Dabbs Academy is a State approved provider of the Salesperson Pre-License Course.

Successful completion of this course is a State requirement to be eligible to take the Illinois State License examination.
**Broker Pre License Course
Course offered to meet Broker requirements are:
--Advanced Principles 2000
--Contracts and Conveyances
--Broker Administration
--Appraisal
--Finance
Exam topics are covered in depth, including real estate mathematics.
The Dabbs Academy has a comprehensive program consisting of review and examination skill-building, which is built in throughout the course at no additional charge to our students.
Salesperson pre-license classes are scheduled to accommodate working students and parents. Students may choose to attend evening classes from 6:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. two evenings per week for seven consecutive weeks or morning classes from 9:00 a.m. to 12:30 pm, two mornings per week for seven weeks.
*Students must be at least 21 years of age and have a high school diploma or G.E.D.
